Shipping policy

Delivery Policy:

Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign electronically or on a copy of the invoice. This signature serves as confirmation that you have received all the products as listed on the invoice. If you are not present at the specified address, we will deliver the order to anyone present at that address, who will sign the invoice electronically or on a copy. Once anyone present at the address signs the delivery request, the customer will be considered to have received the items listed on the invoice. If we arrive at the address, you specified and are unable to deliver the order, please contact customer service to schedule another delivery time. The company is not responsible for any order not delivered within 30 days of the order date.
