Refund and Return Policy

·       Maximum 3-day return period starting from receipt by the delivery representative in Kuwait or the shipping company outside Kuwait.

·       The product will be returned via our approved carrier.

·       In case of damage or misuse of the product, the customer is responsible for its value.

·       The deadline for returning an order is 3 days from the customer's receipt of the product if it has been used, or 14 days if it has not been opened or used.

·       The refund will be issued to the same account from which the payment was made.

Bakhoor Oud and Incense

·       If the product is oud incense and the usage exceeds 2 grams, it will be priced per gram, not per tola.

·       Returns are not accepted if the oud has been broken, submerged in water, or stored with any substances or fragrances such as Maamoul.

Oud Oil

·       Do not dilute the oud.

·       Do not refill in quarters if purchasing a large quantity.

·       Do not mix with any other extract such as rose or others.

·       Do not replace the original container.

·       Perfumes must remain unopened.
